Who We Are

We're Travel Agents ...

Sometimes we're called travel counselors, travel consultants or travel professionals. We use our knowledge of destinations, resorts, escorted tours, cruise ships, air travel, rail journeys and attractions to “counsel” clients on the best choices for their vacation dreams, desires and budgets.

We add value ...

Think of us as you would an accountant or real estate agent. You can file your own tax returns, but if you choose to use an accountant you're doing so because you recognize that specialized knowledge pays off. The same goes for a real estate agent. You can sell your own house without an agent, but most don't because the absence of that specialized knowledge can result in major problems. While our role is to assist our clients with the myriad of suppliers out there; it's always your interests we represent. If anything goes wrong with your trip, we're here for you.

Your time is precious ...

You have many choices today. You can research and book your trip online. You might even save a couple of dollars. If you're just booking a flight from point A to point B, or a car rental, or a hotel room, go ahead and book it online. We won't be offended. You might find that it takes longer than you expected to find the best price and if your flight is oversold or cancelled, you'll be on your own, but if you're a gambler the odds are pretty good you'll be OK.

When it comes to your hard-earned vacation, we passionately defend the value of our services. We know which Suppliers are offering the best group benefits and where the specials are without having to search dozens of sites.   We know the different personalities of each cruise line, how to assist with handicap guests, which resorts are under renovation and the list goes on.  The fact is, you could pay the same price for your vacation but not have us to assist you.

Our knowledge offers other benefits. We are constantly taking courses and meeting with suppliers to keep our information fresh and up to date.   We learn something new from almost every vacation we handle.   We know how you can arrange tickets to anything, where you can leave your vehicle while you are away and details on travel insurance to protect you when you're out of the country. This is how we make our living, but we won't get rich doing this. That's not our motivation. We love to travel, see new places, meet new people and enjoy new sensations, just as you do.  More than anything, we love the feedback from our clients that our knowledge, care and attention helped them create an incredible vacation with lasting memories.
